Frequently asked questions

Practical answers about service coverage, materials, photos, property access, and estimate requests.

What areas do you serve?

A-1 American Driveway serves Miami-Dade County and southern Broward County. If your property is near the service boundary, include the address or ZIP code so the team can confirm coverage.

How do I request an estimate?

Use the estimate form or call (305) 420-5458. A request asks the team to review and follow up on your project. It does not provide an instant price or book the work.

What details should I include?

Include the property type, project type, location, preferred contact method, and a short description of the existing surface and desired work. Mention access, drainage, HOA, tenant, or operating constraints when relevant.

Are photos required?

No. Photos are optional, but wide views and close-ups can help show the project size, access, cracks, settlement, low spots, and connections to the street or building.

What photo files can I send?

The estimate form accepts up to five JPG, PNG, or WebP photos. Keep their combined size at 4 MB or less.

What if I have not chosen a material?

You can request an estimate without choosing one. Describe how the area is used, what condition it is in, and what you want to change. The material guide can also help you compare asphalt, concrete, and pavers.

Should I include HOA or property documents?

Yes, when available. Material, color, layout, access, or work-hour rules can affect the requested scope. Confirm official approvals directly with the HOA, property manager, city, or other relevant authority.

Do you work with commercial properties and HOAs?

Yes. Commercial and HOA requests can cover paving, resurfacing, repairs, parking layouts, striping, access areas, and related surface planning.

Can I use the site in Spanish?

Yes. The public website, service information, estimate flow, and legal pages are available in Spanish. Your selected language is included with the inquiry.
